Bonus Terms

1. The bonus is tied to the real balance. As long as the bonus is active, withdrawals are not allowed. The wagering requirement equivalent to the balance must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

2. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, household, address, email, IP address, phone number, bank account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account, or electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

3. Customers are not allowed to use strategies while playing with an active bonus to meet the wagering requirements. If strategies are used, the administration reserves the right to cancel all player winnings.

4. If a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is: 5 EUR. This restriction applies to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated.

5. You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.

6. You must wager the bonus 35 times before you can withdraw the bonus-related winnings.

7. Casino bonuses are valid for 7 days after being credited (unless otherwise stated). After this period: bets, the bonus, and any associated winnings will be removed if the bonus was active and the wagering was not met.

8. A withdrawal can only be made once the active bonus has met all wagering requirements.

9. Players may only have one bonus/free spins offer active at any time.

10. The customer has the right to refuse any casino bonus.

11. It is forbidden to delay a game round on a slot machine, including free spins and bonuses, for a later time when there are no longer wagering requirements and/or to make one or more new deposits while free spins or bonuses are still available in a game. In case of violation of this rule, the administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings.

12. The casino reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings, and to confiscate any account funds if they were obtained unfairly or in violation of the rules.

13. The casino reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Withdrawals of winnings from no-deposit welcome bonuses are limited to: 100 EUR.

15. Our free spins come with a 35x wagering requirement on the winnings. The maximum win amount associated with free spins is 100 EUR.

16. Our bonuses and free spins are cancelled in case of a withdrawal request.

17. With bonuses: real balance is used first, then the bonus balance is used. Bets and winnings are credited directly to the bonus balance.

18. If a casino bonus has been activated and the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days of crediting the bonus: the entire bonus balance will be removed. Please note that you have 24 hours to activate the bonus before it expires.

19. By activating a bonus via a deposit, the real balance is tied to the bonus until the bonus has been wagered or has expired.

20. Players deemed to be using minimal-risk betting tactics may have their bonuses deactivated immediately.

21. Products purchased in the shop are subject to our T&Cs.

22. It is forbidden to use a bonus solely to create a positive expected value return from the bonus by using practices such as bonus hunting and collecting bonuses to play them at a specific time aimed at securing the cashout of said bonus. If this occurs, PampaGo reserves the right to apply penalties such as confiscation of winnings and removal of the bonus balance.

23. In the case of a deposit bonus, please do not use your deposit before the bonus has been activated. Otherwise, PampaGo reserves the right to confiscate all winnings related to the activated bonus.

24. Only one bonus may be used at a time; they cannot be combined.
